It has normally been our tradition to get a tree the day after Thanksgiving, but with Ashley's performance and Joel being sick we waited until Sunday after church. I pleasantly surprise that it was the perfect day to go. It was so warm and sunny outside that the kids left their coats in the car which is rare this time of year and at the altitude that we climbed to get the tree farm. We got our tree for $20.00 and it was 10 1/2 ft tall.
